INTRODUCTION:
 The Email address pmaai@yahoogroups.com is a moderated and controlled distribution group list to reach via email "broadcast" the PMAAI officers, Chapters Officers and members to facilitate the quickest and most inexpensive way of communicating between and among its members.  It is moderated, meaning all postings are first reviewed by the moderators &/or the PMAAI President before distribution to preclude unwanted, unpleasant and annoying materials from going through this medium; also, to avoid any disturbance in the peace and fraternal harmony among brothers and sisters. Attachments are not permitted to prevent spread of viruses through the list.

Subscribers are encouraged to share any directives, announcements, events and other official messages received from the PMAAI's office to the members of their Chapter who don't have e-mails.

REQUIREMENT:

  • The members of this List will be composed of Masons in good standing with a duly constituted lodge of Master Masons recognized by a Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons or Free and Accepted Masons in the United States of America.

GUIDELINES:
List members agree to abide by the following rules:

  • Only List members are allowed to post messages.
  • Postings will be limited to PMAAI's affairs, Chapter announcements, events and similar Masonically related information exchange.
  • All postings are first approved by the moderators &/or PMAAI President prior to general release. Postings that do not conform to this guideline will be rejected with no further explanation.
  • DON'Ts.  There will be:
    • No jokes. 
    • No porno text nor graphics including indecently exposed photos
    • No chain-letters or series of forwarded messages
    • No politics
    • No religion
    • No advertisements
    • No solicitations for non-charitable purposes
    • No commercials; or articles of similar nature
    • Avoid posting unsubstantiated 'virus warnings'
