Dedicated
to Filipino Freemasons abroad who have brought honor to and have caused
the advancement of the Filipino race by serving the brotherhood and humanity.
These Masons are serving or had served as Grand Lodge officers and/or have
attained the highest and last degrees of the Scottish or York Rites of
Freemasonry outside the Philippines. They have been chosen to occupy leadership
positions because of their ability and zeal.
